In the sum of $100.00 which we bond ourselves, etc. The
condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas, the above bound
John Epperson hath this day rec’d from the hand of the said James L.
Gillespie Admr. of sd. estate the sum of $25.20 cents the same being
money drawn as a pension by Mary Epperson, the widow of said Thompson
Epperson, dec’d for George Epperson, Thompson Epperson, Samuel Epperson,
Legatees of the said Thompson Epperson, dec’d the said money to be
equally distributed among said heirs etc. - -
Now if the said John Epperson shall well and truly pay
said money, etc. the bond to be void etc.
