About Taylor's first name......  Many family trees have Taylor's full name as "James Taylor Brown Hart" .  The o-n-l-y place in all of the documents with Taylor's name, that a J appears in front of Taylor, is this marriage license.  How the J further evolved into James is unknown.

Both birth and death records, census sheets, World War Registrations, everything...only has Taylor as the first name......NOT James.  I strongly believe that the J appearing in front of Taylor on the Marriage License was an error.

If someone has written proof otherwise, like a family bible that dates back to the later 1800's or early 1900's, please let me know.  My grandmother told me so.....does not count.

She was #badassgrandma.

Her siblings Fern Kalm, June Welch, Mary (Joseph) Sterling, Carl Chamberlain, Judy (John) Mongan and Ross (Karen) Chamberlain, sisters-in-law Jean Chamberlain, Jonni Chamberlain, Emma Lou (Roy) Teets and Mary Mae (Don) Barnhart and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
