Obituary for George Robert "Bob" Clymer
CLYMER George Robert "Bob" Clymer, 87, passed away March 22, 2005 after a short illness. He and his family lived in Reynoldsburg since the late 40's. He built, owned, and operated Reynoldsburg Lanes and Reynoldsburg Swim Club. Bob was a farmer at heart and thoroughly enjoyed 40 years as a Christmas Tree Farmer. He operated a choose-and-cut Tree Farm east of Zanesville.

Bob had a wonderful marriage of 64 years and is survived by his wife, Kathryn "Kay"; 2 children, Connie (Dave) Borden and James Clymer; 5 grandchildren, Marc (Michele) McTeague of Pickerington, Matt McTeague of Jackson, WY, Mike McTeague of Flagstaff, AZ, Kaycie and Devan Clymer of Dublin; 2 great-grandchildren, Riley and Ian McTeague.

Bob was a member of Reynoldsburg Masonic Lodge 340 and Parkview Presbyterian Church. Bob was a kind and gentle man who was admired by his family and many friends. If desired in lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to Parkinson Foundation, 1501 N.W. 9th Ave., Miami, FL 33136 or Parkview Presbyterian Church. His family will receive friends Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the COTNER FUNERAL HOME, 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, where his service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.

  1933 - 1948 - June drops off the face of the Earth.  Unable to locate June until she appears in Montana marrying Ernest Morehouse.  In the 1940 Census,  her father John Rose is living with sister in Phoenix, AZ.  First husband dies in Phoenix in 1981. However, in 1940 he is living with his mother, single, in Ohio.  June was possibly in Phoenix at some point???

  1953 - June Allene Rose dies in San Francisco, CA, May 31, 1953, at the home of her mother at 742 Shotwell.  She was recovering from surgery after having her pancreas removed.

The name of her husband on the Coroner's Register was Glenn Spencer.  The address that Glenn Spencer gives, corresponds to Glenn H Spencer, a lawyer, who lives at the address given in Coroner's Register according to the Oakland City Directory.  This same Glenn H Spencer or Howard Glenn Spencer married Ethel Beatrice Aitchison in 1929.  They appear in the 1930 and 1940 Census together with a couple of children. 

The actual marriage of June and Glenn is questionable.  Glenn Spencer does not legally divorce Ethel until 1969.  He was either just living with June OR he did marry her while still being married to Ethel.  California marriage records for this time period (1949 - 1953) are not available online.

  About Nancy's name.  Nancy only used Nina B.   Throughout most of her life, only the name Nina or Nina B is used.  Nancy is never used after her marriage to George Robinson.

About Nancy's father.  It is not known if John was the father of Nancy.  John and Adaline were married in 1889.  However Nancy was born in 1886 when her mother would have been 15 years old.  Nancy's birth father may have been someone else and John adopted her.  On the marriage license for Adaline and John, her name is listed as "Miss" Adaline Kinney with no mention of an earlier marriage.  Nancy's maiden name is always given as Campbell.

  Child Loucks - b and d between 1903 - 1905.  According to the 1910 Census, Clara reports that she gave birth to two children.  Only one living in 1910, which was Eugene.  On the birth amendment done by Eugene in 1952, he states that his mother had given birth to one other child before him and that that child had died before he was born.
