  Sandra and Ralph move around quite a bit.  Lived in Arizona, Colorado, Greenwood, IN, and Pennsylvania. 

Someone on ancestry has Sandra dying in 2018. No exact date given.  However, I could find no online obit. I will need to wait for the SSDI to update to confirm whether Sandra died or not.

Sheila Jean Perrine, 73, of St. Albans, formerly of Cowen, WV, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020 after an extended battle with ALS. She was born December 11, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland, a daughter of the late George and Thelma Perkins Bragg.

She was a graduate of Cowen High School and a homemaker. Sheila enjoyed camping, fishing and shopping. She loved being a wife, mother but her favorite thing was being a grandma. She loved her family fiercely. After spending time with Sheila, you left happy, hopeful and warm from the love she gave.

Surviving is her loving husband, Alfred W. Perrine, son, Charles William Perrine, siblings,
Patricia Selman, David Bragg, Ann Hawkins, Anita Armentrout, Jim Bragg, Debbie Stanley, Rick Bragg and John Paul Bragg and 2 lovely grandchildren, Sarah Perrine and Ashley Weekly.

In addition to her parents, brother, Donnie Bragg preceded her in death.

Services will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen with Pastor Ty Farlow officiating. Burial will follow at West Virginia Memorial Gardens, Calvin. Friends may call from 12:00 until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.

Lisa Marie Thomas, 51 of Craigsville, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Summersville Regional Medical Center. She was born July 27, 1970 in Webster Springs to Raleigh “Barry” and Anita Bragg Armentrout.

Lisa was a former Security Guard. She liked to hunt and fish and enjoyed flowers. She loved her family and friends and her puppy Yogi and cat Cloe.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children Jonathan Thomas, Adrian Lee Thomas, and Tyler Wesley Thomas; companion Dave Wilson; Aunts and uncles Steve Armentrout, Denny Armentrout, Linda Turner, Nancy Groves and her daughter Angie,
Olen and Patricia Selman, Ann Hawkins, Dave Bragg, Jim Bragg, Rick Bragg, Debbie Stanley, and John Paul Bragg; and many cousins, friends and extended family members to mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by her aunt Sheila Perrine and uncle Donnie Bragg.

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va.- Betty Lou Fletcher, 74, of Little Run Acres, died Monday, May 15, 2000, at her home.

Born Nov. 1, 1925, in Weston, W.Va., she was the daughter of Emma Stalnaker Harvey of Shepherdstown and the late Hersey Fisher.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Eugene Fletcher.

She was a 1943 graduate of Weston High School, and attended West Virginia Business School.

She retired from Shepherd College as a secretary after 23 years.

She was a member of New Street United Methodist Church, Shepherdstown.

She was a member of Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 155; Shepherdstown Women's Club; Meeklenburg Homemakers and with Hospice of the Panhandle.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a stepsister, Opal Losh of Weston; a stepbrother, Dana Harvey of Weston; two cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two stepfathers, George Harvey and Paul Westfall; a stepbrother, Dale Harvey; and a cousin.

Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at New Street United Methodist Church, Shepherdstown. The Rev. James Embrey will officiate.

The family will receive friends Wednesday and Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg, W.Va.

The family also will receive friends Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at Floyd Funeral Home, 402 Main St., Weston. Graveside services will follow at Machpelah cemetery in Weston.

Memorial donations may be made to New Street United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 188, Shepherdstown, WV 25443; to Shepherdstown Volunteer Fire Department, P.O.   About the marriage license above-----Parent names for Virginia are given as Columbus Westfall and Anna Furbee.  Where the heck those names came from, is anyone's guess.  The result of this error is that there are now multiple family trees that have Virginia's parents listed as Columbus Westfall and Anna Furbee. This is incorrect. 

I took the time to look through the historical documents to see if there was a Columbus Westfall and Anna Furbee that existed and could somehow be the right age to parent Virginia.  I did not find any.

Then again, this marriage was held in Harrison Co., WV.  This was unusual for this family.  Perhaps Virginia and Robert eloped and she gave the wrong information intentionally. Or.....or...????

The only way to proof 100% that the parents are wrong for Virginia on the marriage license is her birth record.  On the WV Culture website, this birth record will not be available until 2027.

 PAINE, WANDA JEAN On October 21, 2006, Wanda Jean Paine, beloved wife of Jack A. Paine; loving mother of John A. Paine and wife Susan; cherished grandmother of Shannan and husband Rob Nakilelny, Matthew and wife Trisha Paine, Lacey and husband Daniel Zankowitz; seven great grandchildren; dear sister of Virginia Bailey; aunt of Mary Schultz and Sharon Crispens.

Friends may call at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services-Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Monday 7-9PM. A funeral liturgy will be held 9AM Tuesday at St. Ursula Catholic Church. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions in Wanda's name may be made to the American Cancer Society-8219 Towson Center Drive, P.O. Box 43025, Baltimore, Maryland 21236.
