Inez Mae Carrico, 93 of
Huntington, W.Va., died, Monday, January 3, 2011 in
Heartland of Riverview, Southpoint, OH.
A celebration of her life will be conducted on Friday,
January 7, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Henson Mortuary,
Barboursville with the Rev. Dr. Gary Shepard officiating.
Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens,
Barboursville, W.Va.
She was born February 21, 1917 in Wayne, Co, W.Va. the
daughter of the late Charles and Cassie Mae Spurlock Dick.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Carrico, a
daughter Bebe Sue Carrico, and granddaughter, Laura Beth
Carrico, and by a special cousin Katherine C. Gregory.
She is survived by two daughters and son-in-laws, Gigi and
Tim Gerlach of Huntington, W.Va. and Nancy and Bob Sibole of
Nashville, Tn; one son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Carol
Carrico of Ona, W.Va.; ten grandchildren, Angie Ramthun,
Matt Sibole, Craig Gerlach, Heather Willis, Jessica Pralle,
Scott Gerlach, John Gerlach, Sarah Henderson, Kathy Carrico,
Emily Carrico; eleven great-grandchildren.
The family wishes to give special thanks to the 300 wing
staff at Heartland of Riverview and Dr. David Apgar and his
staff for there care to our mother. She was loved and adored
by all who knew her as Carrico, Aunt Iney, or Gran. She will
be greatly missed but not forgotten by all. Friends may call
from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at Henson
Mortuary, Barboursville, W.Va. Condolences may also be

Gerlach, 34 of Huntington, W.Va. passed away,
Friday, August 22, 2014.
He was born June 27, 1980 in Huntington, W.Va. the
son of Gigi and Tim Gerlach of Huntington, W.Va. He
was a 1998 graduate of Cabell Midland High School,
served six years in the U.S. Navy and was an
Operating Room Technician at Cabell Huntington
Hospital.
In addition to his parents, Scott is also survived
by one brother, William Craig (Tia) Gerlach of Fla;
two sisters, Heather Willis of SC. and Jessie
(Michael) Pralle of MD; |
five nieces and nephews and a
host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Monday,
August 25, 2014 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington,
W.Va. near Barboursville with Chaplin Tom Hastie
officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM
prior to services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers,
the family requests memorial donations be made in Scott's
memory to The Healing Place of Huntington, P.O. Box 8061,

Mitchell Gordon Perry 63, of Loveland, was called to
heaven on September 28, 2020, surrounded by his
loving family after a long and courageous battle
with pancreatic cancer.
Born March 1, 1957, in Chicago, Illinois to Gordon
Perry and Billie Jo Wells. Mitch attended school in
McHenry Illinois and chose to serve his country in
the US Marines Corps from 1974-1980. He then moved
to Loveland and began his career in car
sales/management at Ferrero Auto Center. Valentine’s
Day in 1982, Mitch married Terri Michellich in
Loveland, Colorado. |
He enjoyed everything about the
great outdoors; camping, hunting, and fishing. He loved
spending time entertaining the “little people” at their
family daycare. His magic and humor brought many smiles.
The highlight of his life was becoming G-Pop and the special
times spent with his beautiful granddaughters.
He is survived by his wife Terri, son Nick Perry and wife
Laurel, and son Chris Perry of Loveland. Grandchildren
include; Olivia, Ava, Stella and Emilia of Loveland. Mitch
is also survived by his mother Billie Jo Wells, Loveland,
brother Michael Perry and wife April, Milliken, and brother
David Perry, Loveland, and many nieces and nephews. He was
preceded in death by his father Gordon Perry and a sister,
Billie Jo Perry.
An outdoor celebration of life will be held at 4:00 pm
Sunday, October 4, 2020 at the home of Pete and Michele
Vranjes 19251 Weld County Rd 13, in Johnstown, Colorado.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to
Sierra’s Race Against Meningitis, 2979 Telluride Place,

Loved music and animals
Raymond Elijah Miltimore, 29, of the West Lake Counry area,
died Nov. 16 at the Northern Illinois Medical Center in
McHenry. He was born to Raymond W. and Diane (Maziarka)
Miltimore.
He will be greatly missed by his daughter, Brooklyn; his
mother, Diane Vicicondi of Ingleside; father, Raymond W.
Miltimore of Fox Lake; by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and
many friends.
At 1 p.m., a Memorial Service will be conducted on Sunday,
Nov. 30, at the Lutheran Church of All Saints Church, 5800
State Park Road, in Fox Lake, with the Rev. Nathan Anderson
officiating.
Arrangements for a private interment were completed with the
K.K. Hamsher Funeral Home in Fox Lake (The Chapel On the
Lake). Memorials to the family will be appreciated in lieu

Frank R. Carico, 89 of Blue
Springs, Mo., formerly of Huntington, passed away Thursday,
February 11, 2010, at Shangria-La Rehabilitation Center,
Blue Springs, Mo.
He was born April 16, 1920, in Huntington, a son of the late
John Henry and Icie Ellen Hagley Carico.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Carico,
(1999); and four sisters, Birdie Wolfe, Naomi Marsaki,
Eloise Wilson, Beulah Dillon; three brothers, John Carrico,
Jim Carrico, and Bobby Carico.
Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Frank A.
Carico of Kansas, Mo., and Russell and Barbara Carico of
Blue Springs, Mo.; six grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren.
Mr. Carico retired from Hesse Corp. as a metal finisher. He
was a U.S. Navy W.W.II. Veteran and past master of Masonic
Lodge No. 631, Kansas city, where he served two terms.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 16,
2010 at Ridgelawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Burial
will follow at the cemetery with Reverends Jody Fortner and
Willie May officiating. Friends may call from 1 p.m. to 2
p.m. at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville. Donations may be
made to Grace Hospice of Kansas City. Henson Mortuary,
Barboursville is assisting the family. Condolences may be

Frances Wolfe, of Huntington, WV, passed away
Friday, January 16, 2009 at St. Mary’s Medical
Center after a brief illness.
She was born July 22, 1924 in Cabell County, WV, the
daughter of the late John Henry and Icie Ellen
Knight Carico. She was the widow of James Andrew
Wolfe.
In addition to her parents and husband, Birdie was
preceded in death by her siblings, John Carico,
Naomi Masarki, Eloise Wilson, Beulah Dillon, Jimmie
Carico and Bobby Carico.
She is survived by her brother Frank Carico of
Kansas City, Missouri, and a special friend Janet
Artrip of Ona, WV, and multiple nieces and nephews
as well as great nieces and nephews. |
Birdie was a member of the Pea
Ridge United Methodist Church, the Guyandotte Chapter of the
VFW Women's Auxiliary, and she was a lifetime member of the
Women's Auxi8liary at St. Mary's Medical Center and a member

Funeral service will be held Friday, January 23, 2009 at
11:00 AM at Henson Mortuary with the visitation being held
Thursday, January 22, 2009 at the Mortuary. Burial will be
in the Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. The Rev. Sue
Jarrett will be officiating. Donations may be made to
the Jeffrey George Hospitality House, Huntington. Henson
Mortuary is handling arrangements for the family.

DARRELL KEITH DILLON, 67, of
Huntington, passed away Monday, March 9, 2020, at Huntington
Health and Rehabilitation Center in Huntington, West
Virginia.
He was born September 11, 1952, in Huntington, W.Va., son of
the late Harold and Beulah Carrico Dillon.
He is survived by his brother, Harold Dillon (Lana R.
Dillon) of Carthage, Indiana; three nephews, Justin Dillon
of Illinois, Sean Dillon of Indiana and Ryan Dillon of
Ireland.
At the request of Mr. Dillon, cremation was chosen and there
will be no public services. Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, 6357
E. Pea Ridge Road, Huntington, is caring for the family.

Jimmie Douglas Carrico, 36,
Indianapolis, was sentenced to 120 days at the Indiana State
Farm and fined $50 and costs Monday, on his plea of guilty
to a City Court charge of theft by deception. He was
arrested early Saturday, after he and a companion reportedly
short-changed cashiers in restaurants in Richmond and
Cambridge City.
Both he and the companion, John Roth Browder, 36,
Huntington, W.Va., had pleaded innocent to charges against
them Saturday. Browder is free on $350 bond and will stand
trial later. Carrico had remained in the county jail, unable
to post bond. Judge Robert G. Burton heard the case. |

JIMMY DOUGLAS CARRICO, 71,
formerly of Huntington, died August 26, 2002, at Lochfill
Village, Indianapolis, Ind.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, August
30, 2002, at Ridgelawn Memorial Park Chapel by the Rev. Sue
Jarrett. Burial will follow at Ridgelawn Memorial Park,
Huntington.
He was born January 25, 1931, in Huntington, W.Va., son of
the late Henry William and Icie Helen Hagley Carrico. He was
also preceded in death by sisters, Naomi Mazarika, Eloise
Wilson, Beulah Dillon and Ethel Lee Carrico; and brothers
John W. Carrico and Bobby A. Carrico.
He was a photographer.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Birdie Wolfe of Huntington;
and a brother, Frank Carrico of Kansas City, Mo.

Barbara Louise Athey Fletcher,
77 of Milton, W.Va. passed away, Thursday, September 29,
2016 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington,
W.Va.
She was born February 26, 1939 in Huntington, W.Va. the
daughter of the late, Maurice and Thelma Damron Athey. She
was a switchboard operator at a local hospital, Ashland Oil
and C&P Telephone.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death
by her husband, Bobby Allen Carico and one son, Robert Allen
Carico.
She is survived by her two daughters, Rachel (Michael)
Sowards of Milton, W.Va. and Amanda (Clifton) Porter of East
Lynn, W.Va. and a host of grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Sunday,
October 2, 2016 at at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington,
W.Va. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery, Huntington,
